Lobby Hours By Appointment

At Main Street Bank (MSB), the health and safety of our customers and employees are a top priority. We appreciate your business and are committed to assisting you through the Corona Virus Pandemic.

After careful consideration and the recommendation of the CDC and WHO, we have decided to do business a little differently. As of March 19, 2020, our lobbies will be open by appointment only. To help with this transition, we will take individual appointments from 9:00-4:00 PM daily at both our Bingham Farms and Troy locations. The Troy location has a drive thru for added security and the night deposit boxes at both locations will be checked multiple times daily. Just contact us at 866-353-2265 after you’ve made the deposit or if you require a key. As of March 20, 2020, our Friday hours will be 9:00-4:30 by appointment only.

If you don’t need to visit the office in person, we recommend that you leverage the available MSB tools and resources for self-service banking and 24/7 account access through our mobile, online and electronic banking options. Through these channels, you can check balances, transfer funds, deposit checks or find the nearest ATM. Information may also be found here for other online options such as Online Bill Pay, Mobile Deposit and additional Mobile Banking solutions. If you are not enrolled in Online or Mobile Banking and you need assistance with the process, please click here or contact our Troy or Bingham Farms branch offices at 866-353-2265.

We will continue to provide updated information which will be communicated through our website, Facebook page and emails from Main Street Bank.

Coronavirus COVID-19 Readiness

Main Street Bank is prepared to assist, as needed, impacted customers through a range of measures. Should you, as a current customer of MSB, have any questions or concerns regarding the coronavirus, please call us at 1-866-353-2265.

As we continue to monitor developments regarding the coronavirus, MSB recognizes that some of our customers may be negatively affected by impacts of this global outbreak. As always, our focus is the safety and well-being of our customers, employees and the communities we serve, and our thoughts are with those who have been impacted. We are taking the necessary steps to avoid potential disruptions of service to our customers.

We strongly recommend that you leverage the available MSB tools and resources for self-service banking and 24/7 account access through our mobile, online and electronic banking options.

We also have contingency plans in place that are designed to prevent any service disruptions due to coronavirus impacts, as we do for any number of scenarios. These include remote access capabilities, alternate work locations for employees and continuity plans for critical operations.

Please be cautious of fraudsters exploiting the spread of coronavirus. Common schemes involve online, email and telephone fraud. Fraudsters may also claim to sell household goods that are in short supply. Finally, never give out your personal or banking information.

While there are still many unknowns regarding the virus, it does not alter MSB’s focus on continuing to serve you. We have the people, technology, products, services and tools to do just that.
