Commercial Lending Relationship Manager
Main Street Bank (MSB) is seeking a Relationship Manager (RM) who is capable of developing and maintaining profitable business banking relationships by delivering the best client service possible.
Traits and Characteristics: Calling on our small business community with annual sales typically ranging from $250,000 to $20MM. You will leverage our successful community bank model to provide responsive financial solutions to Main Street prospects. The MSB relationship manager will offer a comprehensive product suite leading with the primary deposit relationship. MSB RMs are accountable for prospecting and developing new business banking relationships as well as maintaining and strengthening existing ones. 50-80% of your time will be devoted to these activities outside the bank. Successful candidates will effectively analyze client financial condition and recommend best solutions to individual prospect needs. Relationship managers will be the client's main point of contact for bank product specialists to deliver a completely integrated financial experience.

Demonstrate community involvement
Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or Economics
MBA a plus
